Ladies First Beauty Salon provides hair and beauty services for women. Website content (services, pricing, gallery) is for information and may change. Final pricing and suitability are confirmed in salon or during consultation. 2. Appointments
• Bookings requested online (including WhatsApp) are requests until confirmed by the salon
• Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you
• Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten or reschedule your service
• Some services require a consultation or patch test - we may decline or postpone treatment when unsafe 3. Cancellations & no-shows
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Deposit and cancellation rules will be communicated when applicable. 4. Payments
Prices shown online are indicative unless marked otherwise. Payment is due as directed by the salon (in-person or as otherwise agreed). Promotional offers have their own conditions. 5. Allergies & health
Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or scalp/skin conditions before chemical or intensive treatments. You are responsible for disclosing relevant information. 6. Results
Hair and beauty results vary by hair type, history, and aftercare. We strive for excellent outcomes but cannot guarantee identical results to photos or other clients. 7. Website use
